Permanent:
Become a member of the corporation by purchasing a share.

The member has full voting rights and privileges in the corporation. The share cost is refunded to you when your share sells as long as there is no debt against the share. Permanent members receive a discount on fees for private parties.

COST:
Share: $250
Dues: $425

Temporary:
Allows the purchaser full use of the pool/facilities during the swim season (Memorial day until Labor Day). There are no voting rights in the corporation.

COST: $460

Seniors:

Guest Fees
Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as are Club members. All guests must register at the sign-in desk and be accompanied by a member during their visit to the facilities.

Guest Fee: REGARDLESS OF AGE 7 DAYS A WEEK IS $5

NOTE: THE POOL DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH AT THE GATE.

The shareowner will be billed at the end of the swim season (Oct.) for all guest fees. All fees must be paid by December 31, 2012 to avoid a 20% ($1.00 minimum) penalty charge.

GUEST PASSES
Each “Guest Pass” contains ten (10) admissions to the pool for any day of the week. What’s better is that they do not expire and only cost $25.00 per pass if you order through 6/10/12. This is the lowest rate you’ll see all year. I recommend that you purchase them now, because after 6/10/12 the cost jumps to $35.00. All passes are non-refundable.
